3.Virtual Purchases and Currency

In-game purchases include virtual currency (e.g., coins, gems), items, skins, and subscriptions, which are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. All virtual content has no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or resold outside the game, purchases are final and non-refundable to prevent abuse and ensure fair gameplay.

If a purchase fails or items are not delivered within 24 hours, contact Customer Support with your order ID; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
